Tyler Grant

Tyler Grant joined Northwest Community Bank in July 2025 as Vice President and Commercial Lender. He primarily serves the Avon to Winsted corridor while lending to businesses statewide across Connecticut.

Bringing more than 11 years of commercial lending experience across Connecticut and Florida, Tyler specializes in SBA, CRE, and C&I financing solutions. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven. Outside of work, Tyler lives in Canton with his daughter.
