Moe Chislum joined Northwest Community Bank in November of 2022 as the Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Torrington East Office. He began his career in retail banking in 2014 and previously served as a personal banker at M&T Bank following its acquisition of People’s United Bank. Moe holds a degree in Economics from Central Connecticut State University and is a member of the Connecticut Bankers Association’s School of Finance and Management class of 2026.

Beyond banking, Moe is actively involved in the community, supporting local business. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce and was recently inducted into the Chamber Hall of Fame.
