Joy joined the bank as a teller in 2006. She progressed through roles in customer service and management before her promotion to Lakeville Branch Manager.

She attended University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in animal science. She also graduated from numerous leadership programs over the years such as Investing in People, Leadership Northwest, and Aspire Leadership Academy. In 2018 she received the bank’s “Unsung Hero” award for going above and beyond her duties at the bank and for our customers.

She’s passionate about supporting team growth, solving problems creatively, and building a positive workplace culture.

Joy lives in Canaan, where she grew up and is now raising her family.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two sons, boating, and raising awareness for suicide prevention.
