Bryan Kier, CIA began his banking career in 1997 with Peoples Bank in Bridgeport, CT.  Since then he worked for Citizens Financial Group, Santander Bank, N.A., and most recently for a De Novo digital bank out of Stamford, CT.  He joined Northwest Community Bank in 2022 as Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.  Bryan has twenty-five years of banking and enterprise risk experience in Connecticut financial institutions. He has a broad range of expertise in many areas, including customer service, operations, technology and various risk management programs.

Bryan is a Certified Internal Auditor, earning the designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors of which he is an active member. He is a lifelong resident of Connecticut, currently residing in Woodbridge with his wife, Gina, and their three children.
