Aaron Bohigian joined Northwest Community Bank in 2023, as Vice President Commercial Lender. Over the past 18 years Aaron has had the opportunity to assist a variety of commercial clients in many different industries throughout Greater Connecticut. His banking career has included positions within retail banking, small business banking, and commercial banking.
In his current role, Aaron specializes in working with both Owner Operators of companies as well as real estate investors and developers, acting as a true relationship manager and point-of-contact for his client’s relationships.
Some highlighted solutions include Merger & Acquisition Financing, Cash Flow/Equipment Financing, Treasury Management, Commercial Real Estate, Ground-Up Construction & Development, and SBA financing (express, 7a, & 504).
Bohigian has served in a variety of community, civic, and trade organizations, most recently joining as the Treasurer and Board Member of Friends of Heublein Tower and resident member of Traprock Land Conservancy. He has previously served as a board member for the Community Economic Development Fund, Meriden, CT and former Treasurer and Board Member of Knox Inc, Hartford, CT.
Professionally, he also is actively involved in a variety of industry associations such as the CCIM CT, Real Estate Finance Association, guest member at SIOR CT/Western MA, and the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce.
Bohigian earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and his MBA from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Real Estate & Finance. He resides in Bloomfield with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, RVing, running, and mountain biking.
