Northwest Community Bank Brand Consolidation

One Brand. One Name. Same Trusted Vision.

On Monday, March 10, 2025, all branches of “Collinsville Bank, A Division of Northwest Community Bank” and “Litchfield Bancorp, A Division of Northwest Community Bank” opened as Northwest Community Bank. Branch signage, websites, and Bank materials now display our new logo – beginning a new chapter in our story as Northwest Community Bank.

Be assured that this change will not impact the terms of your accounts. If your accounts have been at Collinsville Bank or Litchfield Bancorp, your account numbers, usernames, and passwords remain the same. Your debit cards and checks remain active, and you can still use your existing checks. Your direct deposits will continue to be processed. Your accounts will still be protected by the FDIC.

However, please note that Collinsville Bank and Litchfield Bancorp customers who use the following services will need to make adjustments:

  1. Online Banking Customers: You will access your accounts through the Northwest Community Bank website instead of the Collinsville Bank or Litchfield Bancorp website you’ve used before.
  2. Mobile Apps Customers (phones and tablets): You will need to delete your current Collinsville Bank or Litchfield Bancorp app, and download the Northwest Community Bank mobile app by searching for “Northwest Community Bank” in the Apple or Google Play app stores. Then enter your current login and password. Once logged in, be sure to reset your personal preferences.
  3. Customers who use Peer-to-Peer Payment Apps (such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) – or any third-party applications where a customer has granted permission or entered a username and a password in the past to pull account information, or connect external accounts – will need to re-register to connect using “Northwest Community Bank” as the bank.

We believe these changes can be made easily and that your relationship with our bank can continue seamlessly. However, if you’d like assistance, call us at 860-379-7561, email us at info@nwcommunitybank.com or view our frequently asked questions below.
